Response to representation

With reference to the advertisement given by the Institute for the Non-Faculty Recruitment vide NITMGH/ES/REC/N-F/Vol.VIII/2024-25/1409 dated 27.09.2024, the lists of post-wise provisionally shortlisted applicants (Application IDs) are given below. The lists are provisional, and the screened – in candidates will have to produce all original certificates, mark-sheets, documents, testimonials, medical certificate (if relevant), etc. for verification before being allowed to appear for the Skill Test/Written Test.

In the event of any discrepancy/ deficiency/ false/ forgery found in the certificates/documents at any stages, the candidate shall be rejected, and the application shall be forfeited.

* In case of any grievance, rejected candidates are required to send the query via email at staff_recruitment@nitm.ac.in positively by 5 pm, February 2nd, 2025. Beyond that no grievance shall be entertained.

III. Instruction for shortlisted candidates:

  1. Shortlisted candidates are required to check the Institute’s website regularly.
  2. Skill Test/Written Test shall be held in the permanent campus of the Institute located at Saitsohpen, Sohra (Cherrapunji) - 793108, East Khasi Hills District, Meghalaya as per dates mentioned below (Reporting Time: 1 Hour before the test). Refer to the Notification No. NITMGH/ES/REC/N-F/Vol.VIII/2024-25/1792 dated 19.11.2024.
  3. Selection process for the non-faculty posts shall be conducted in two stages: (1) Skill/Trade Test, (2) Written Test only for those qualifying the Skill/Trade Test. Refer to the Notification No. NITMGH/ES/REC/N-F/Vol.VIII/2024-25/1792 dated 19.11.2024
  4. Candidates shortlisted for the Skill Test/Trade Test are required to bring the Filled-in Admit Card. Format can be downloaded here Please see the instructions on the Admit Card.

  7. Written Test evaluation plan: Correct answers will be awarded 1 mark. There will be 0.25 negative mark for every wrong answer. Unanswered questions will not be given any marks, i.e. Zero mark. Tie breaking rule: Class X marks to be checked in case of equal marks.
