With reference to the advertisement of the Institute for the Non-Teaching Recruitment vide NITMGH/ES/REC/N-F/Vol.IX/2025-26/1790 Dated: 22-12-2025, the lists of post-wise provisionally eligible and ineligible candidates are given below along with tentative schedule and pattern/syllabus.

Instructions to the Candidates

  1. Written Test/Interview shall be held in the permanent campus of the Institute located at Saitsohpen, Sohra (Cherrapunji) - 793108, East Khasi Hills District, Meghalaya as per the scheduled dates and time (Refer to the above for reporting and test times) in reference to the Notification No. NITMGH/ES/REC/N-F/Vol.IX/2025-26/1790 dated: 22-12-2025.
  2. The provisionally eligible candidates will have to produce all original certificates, mark-sheets, testimonials, medical certificate (if relevant), essential documents as per above advertisement etc., for verification before being allowed to appear for the scheduled Written Test/Interview.
  3. All provisionally eligible candidates are required to bring the Filled-in Admit Card for both Written Test and Interview along with Government issued any photo identity proof. Admin Card Format can be downloaded here. Please see the instructions on the Admit Card for more information.
  4. In the event of any discrepancy/ deficiency/ false/ forgery found in the certificates/documents at any stages, the candidature shall be rejected, and the application shall be forfeited.
  5. In case of any grievance, the candidates may send via email at positively by 5:00 pm of 14.03.2026. Please note that beyond the specified cut-off date, no grievance shall be entertained.
  6. The provisionally eligible candidates are required to check the Institute’s website regularly.
  7. Selection process for the non-teaching posts shall be conducted in two stages: (1) Written Test, (2) Interview (wherever applicable) only for those qualifying the respective Written Test.
  8. Qualifying Criteria for Interview: To qualify for the interview, the candidate needs to obtain 40% marks in the respective Written Test. For other qualifying criteria, candidates may refer to the concerned advertisement.
  9. Written Test Evaluation: Correct answers will be awarded 1 mark. There will be 0.25 negative marks for every wrong answer. Unanswered questions will be given Zero mark. Tie breaking rule is Class X attained marks percentage to be checked in case of written test equal marks.
