Period of appointment: The appointment is from 28^th July to 10^th December 2025 (Purely on a temporary basis).

The selected candidate may be paid a Consolidated pay of Rs.50,000/- per month or as per the institute rule. No other emoluments, medical reimbursement or allowances are applicable. No pensions/gratuity etc. is applicable. Free Hostel accommodation on a shared basis will be provided if required.

How to apply: -

1. Interested candidates need to fill in the required data in the attached application form. The duty filled application form must be submitted in soft copy along with the scanned copies of original documents mentioned in the application form, published paper (if any), etc. for verification. The interview will be conducted in online mode.
2. An incomplete form shall not be considered for shortlisting, and the criteria for shortlisting shall be as per the institute’s requirements and norms.
3. The duly filled application form should be sent to email id: hod.ma@nitm.ac.in. The subject of the email should be “Application for Guest Faculy in Mathematics”. The last date to submit the application form via email is 22^nd June 2025 (5pm).
4. The interview will be held tentatively on 8^th July 2025 from 11:00 am.
5. Candidates must write the correct and valid email id in their application forms as all the correspondence will be through this email id only.
6. No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
7. The authority reserves the right of accepting/rejecting any or all the applications without assigning any reason thereof.
8. The position is temporary.
9. Candidate must be ready to join on 28^th July 2025, if selected.
