Instructions to candidates

1. Instructions and other guidelines including the time and room allotted for the document verification and interview will be communicated by the concerned department, the same will also be displayed on the notice board of the department. The candidates may also be contacted through email from the concerned departments; hence, candidates are required to check their email frequently for updates.
2. All candidates will have to undergo a document verification process which will be conducted by the concern department.  Only after successful verification of documents, the candidates will be allowed to proceed to the written test/interview.
3. The candidates must bring all the original and one set of photocopies of their certificates (caste/EWS/PWD etc), marksheets, ID proof, experience certificates (if applicable), the application fee payment proof (if applicable), and other relevant documents for producing during the document verification process.
4. Candidates must be present as per the allotted date and time. Request for rescheduling the written test or interview date or time will not be entertained.
5. Candidates should fill the document verification sheet and submit during the document verification process.
6. (i) Local transport will be available from Shillong to Sohra, NIT Meghalaya campus.

   (ii) Accommodation will be provided to the shortlisted candidates based on availability and prior information (earliest available Check-in 20th July).

   The candidates need to fill the form for accommodation.

7. TA/DA will not be paid to the candidates appearing for the written test and Interview.
8. Shortlisted candidates under M.Tech Sponsored (Full-Time)/M.Tech Sponsored (Part-Time) should mandatorily fill the Google Form [Latest by 7th July (5:00 P.M.)]: https://forms.gle/i1ZpPDzmGh1C3fVB7
