The National Institute of Technology Meghalaya invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified Patent Agents, Patent Attorney Firms, and Intellectual Property (IP) service providers registered in India for providing patent facilitation services. The scope of work includes patentability assessment, prior-art search, drafting, filing, prosecution, and related IP support for inventions developed by faculty members, researchers, students, and staff of the Institute. Interested agencies with proven experience in patent filing and intellectual property management are requested to submit their EOI along with relevant documents as per the prescribed format within 15 days from the date of publication of the notification.
