Research Interest

• Development of new strategies for carbon-carbon and carbon-hetero bond forming reactions. • Design and development of asymmetric one-pot multi-step reactions for the synthesis of carbocyclic and heterocyclic building blocks. • Design and synthesis of new chiral non-racemic catalysts and ligands for enantioselective reactions. • Development of new reaction methodologies for the functionalization of unactivated substrates by harnessing the power of electrocatalysis and photo-redox catalysis. • Total synthesis of biologically active natural products and non-natural molecules.
