The selected candidate may be paid a consolidated pay of Rs. 65,000/- per month or as per the institute rule. No other emoluments, medical reimbursement, allowances are applicable. No pension/gratuity etc. is applicable. Free hotel/hostel accommodation on a shared basis will be provided, if required.

How to apply:

  1. Interested candidates need to fill in the required data in the attached application form. The duly filled application form must be submitted in soft copy (PDF only) along with the scanned copies of original documents mentioned in the application form, published paper (if any), etc. for verification. The candidates will be allowed for Walk-in-Interview after scrutiny of the application form and supporting documents.
  2. An incomplete form shall not be considered for shortlisting, and the criteria for shortlisting shall be as per the institute's requirements and norms.
  3. The duly filled application form should be sent to email id: hod.me.office@nitm.ac.in. The subject of the email should be “Application for Guest Faculty in Mechanical Engineering”. The last date to submit the application form via email is 12th August, 2025 (5 pm).
  4. The interview will be held tentatively on 13th August, 2025 from 10:00 am. However, it may be subjected to change.
  5. Candidates must write the correct and valid email id in their application forms as all the correspondence will be through this email id only.
  6. No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
  7. The authority reserves the right of accepting/rejecting any or all the applications without assigning any reason thereof.
  8. The position is temporary.
  9. Candidate must be ready to join on 14th August, 2025, if selected.
