NIT Meghalaya invites tenders in a two-bid system through CPP Portal https://eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app from eligible Bidders for PROVIDING OUTSOURCED MANPOWER SERVICE, as per details at ANNEXURE-III. The first part is the Technical Bid which consists of technical requirements and general terms & conditions and the second part is the Financial Bid.

Prescribed Tender document, detailed fees and specifications, bid instructions and Terms & Conditions can be downloaded from the CPP Portal (https://eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app). However, the bidding process (submission and finalization) will be done in online mode at CPP Portal. The bidders may submit their bid only though uploading in the CPP Portal https://eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app.
